Yes. GMG Health and Wellness offers direct billing for all our patients. You do not need to mail receipts or invoices to your insurance company — we work directly with insurance companies (Extended Benefits) and bill them on your behalf. We also offer direct billing to both your plan and your partner's plan for chiropractic, physiotherapy, RMT, and naturopathy services.

In most cases, you do not need a doctor's referral to see a chiropractor, physiotherapist, or registered massage therapist in Ontario. However, some insurance plans require a physician's referral before they will reimburse treatment, so we recommend checking your policy details. Our team is happy to help you understand your coverage before your first visit.

We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including neck pain and stiffness, low back pain, headaches and migraines, rotator cuff injuries, tennis and golfer's elbow, knee pain, strains and sprains, plantar fasciitis, arthritis-related pain, and sports injuries. Our multidisciplinary team addresses joint, muscle, and nerve pain, whether it results from prolonged sitting, repetitive movement, motor vehicle accidents, or workplace injuries.

Your first visit begins with a warm welcome from our reception team and completing some intake paperwork. Your practitioner will take a thorough health history, ask detailed questions about your concerns, and perform an assessment before recommending a personalized treatment plan. New patients are eligible for a free consultation, and our practitioners take the time to listen carefully and ensure you feel comfortable throughout your visit.
