Do you offer direct billing to insurance?
No, R&RMTs does not direct bill. We take all forms of payment; however, e-transfer and cash are always our preferred methods. We provide receipts you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Do I need a doctor's referral to book an appointment?
A doctor's referral is generally not required to book massage therapy or most of our services. However, please note that some extended health insurance plans may require a referral for reimbursement, so it's a good idea to check with your provider. Please also note that we do not accept walk-ins—please book ahead.
What types of conditions and injuries do you treat?
Our practitioners treat a wide range of conditions, from acute injuries to chronic pain, including muscle tension, scar tissue, TMJ issues, pelvic and hip concerns, and postpartum recovery. We offer everything from relaxation and deep tissue massage to injury care, myofascial release, cupping, and contemporary acupuncture tailored to your needs.
What can I expect at my first appointment?
At your first visit, your practitioner will discuss your health history and treatment goals before beginning care. If you're unsure which service is right for you, email info@rebecca-rmt.com and let us know what you're hoping to achieve, and we'll match you with the right practitioner. Most rooms are on the main floor, and accessible options can be requested if you cannot manage stairs.
