What can I expect at my first appointment?
Your initial appointment includes a comprehensive assessment where we discuss your medical history, past injuries, surgeries, and existing conditions. Your physiotherapist will evaluate your posture, range of motion, strength, and function to reach a working diagnosis. In the second half of the session, treatment begins—which may include manual therapy, dry needling, therapeutic exercises, and taping tailored to your individual needs.
What does pelvic floor physiotherapy involve?
Pelvic floor physiotherapy is a specialty of our founder, Forum Gandhi, and supports patients with pelvic organ prolapse, bladder incontinence, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, perimenopause care, and post-operative rehabilitation.
