About PFG Strength & Performance | Osteopathy

PFG Strength & Performance | Osteopathy is a private training and recovery studio in London, Ontario, where strength training, performance coaching, and hands-on osteopathy come together under one roof. Founded by Chima, whose own journey through soccer injuries, two knee surgeries, and lower back surgery inspired a deep commitment to how the body moves, heals, and adapts, PFG began in a garage and has grown into a purpose-built space rooted in care and long-term progress. The clinic offers physiotherapy-informed care, osteopathy, and kinesiology, alongside private (1-on-1) and small-group strength training, youth athletic performance, and the AdaptX 90-Day Strength Transformation program. Their philosophy is simple: strength is the foundation for moving well, staying capable, and living independently. Osteopathy provides focused, hands-on care to reduce pain, restore movement, and support long-term performance. What sets PFG apart is its blend of expert coaching and recovery in an intimate, supportive environment where clients are guided to move better, build confidence, and stay strong for life. Built for better.

Frequently Asked Questions — PFG Strength & Performance | Osteopathy

Do you offer direct billing to insurance?

Many Ontario clinics offering osteopathy and related services provide receipts for insurance reimbursement, and some offer direct billing depending on your provider. We recommend contacting PFG directly to confirm current billing options and whether your extended health plan covers osteopathy and kinesiology services.

Do I need a doctor's referral to book an appointment?

No referral is required to book an initial assessment at PFG for osteopathy, kinesiology, or training services. However, some extended health insurance plans may require a physician's referral for reimbursement, so it's worth checking with your provider before your visit.

What types of injuries and conditions do you treat?

PFG's osteopathy and movement-focused care helps address pain, restricted movement, and recovery from injuries. Our founder's experience with knee and lower back surgeries shapes a practical approach to helping people manage pain, restore mobility, and rebuild strength so they can return to the activities they enjoy.

What can I expect at my first appointment?

Your visit begins with an initial assessment where we discuss your goals, health history, and any pain or movement concerns. From there, we build a personalized plan that may combine hands-on osteopathy with structured strength and movement coaching designed to support your long-term progress.

What makes your strength training different from a regular gym?

At PFG, strength training is delivered in a private or small-group setting (maximum of four in our AdaptX program) with expert coaching and a supportive environment. Rather than simply lifting weights, our structured programs are built to help you move better, build confidence, and develop the capacity to live, perform, and progress for the long term.
