Yes. CareWell Health Group offers direct billing to most major insurance providers, making it easier to access the care you need without paying upfront. We also validate parking tickets for your convenience. Please bring your insurance details to your appointment so our team can help process your claim.
Do I need a doctor's referral to book an appointment?
In Ontario, you do not need a doctor's referral to see a physiotherapist, massage therapist, or most of our practitioners. You can book directly online or by calling us at 519-341-9297. However, some extended health insurance plans may require a referral for reimbursement, so it's a good idea to check with your provider beforehand.
What types of injuries and conditions do you treat?
We treat a wide range of conditions including back and neck pain, sciatica and nerve pain, shoulder, knee and hip injuries, sports injuries and muscle strains, post-surgical rehabilitation, vestibular and balance disorders, concussion, and pelvic health dysfunction.
