Yes, Regain Rehab Centre offers direct billing to most major extended health insurance providers, which reduces your out-of-pocket costs at the time of your visit. We can also assist with motor vehicle accident (MVA) and workplace injury (WSIB) claims. Please bring your insurance details to your first appointment and our team will confirm your coverage.

No, a doctor's referral is not required to see our physiotherapists, chiropractors, or massage therapists in Ontario. You can book directly with us. However, some insurance plans may require a referral for reimbursement, so we recommend checking with your provider before your visit.

Your first visit begins with a thorough assessment where your clinician reviews your health history, discusses your symptoms and goals, and performs a physical evaluation. Based on the findings, they will create a personalized treatment plan and may begin hands-on treatment the same day. Please arrive a few minutes early to complete any intake paperwork and wear comfortable clothing.
