Gagan Toor
Registered Physiotherapist
Gagan holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Level-7 Graduate Diploma in Sports & Exercise Science, with extensive experience across musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiac rehabilitation. Her passion is neurological physiotherapy, and she is certified in Bobath techniques and Dry Needling, regularly treating conditions such as stroke, MS, Parkinson's, and ALS.
Kibu Kirubanand
Registered Physiotherapist (Ont); BSPTS Scoliosis Schroth Physiotherapist
Kibu is a Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario with broad experience across hospitals, outpatient clinics, community and home care. Certified with the Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School, he now focuses exclusively on scoliosis rehab using Schroth-based scoliosis-specific exercises to prevent curve progression.
Aleema Tahir
Registered Physiotherapist
Aleema earned her Master of Science in Physiotherapy and Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University. She has a particular interest in sports injuries and orthopedic rehabilitation, is trained in Dry Needling, and is GLA:D certified, with plans to offer the joint-health program at the clinic in Spring 2026.

Registered Massage Therapist
Ken brings over 25 years of experience treating people of all ages and abilities, from local athletes and para-Olympians to office and factory workers. Drawing on his own experiences as a totally blind athlete, he offers trusted hands-on therapy for rehabilitation, pain, and stress management.

Gabby is a Certified Physiotherapy Assistant who graduated from Conestoga College's Occupational and Physiotherapy Assistant Program, as well as Fitness and Health Promotion. She is passionate about health and wellness and thoroughly enjoys assisting patients through their recovery.

Do you offer direct billing to insurance companies?
Yes. We direct bill to your insurance company for you, so you don't have to handle the paperwork. We currently accept coverage from over 25 different insurance providers.
Do I need a doctor's referral to book an appointment?
No, you do not need a doctor's referral to see us. You can book directly, and we can usually get you in for your initial visit within a week.
What types of injuries and conditions do you treat?
We treat a broad range of conditions, including sports injuries, neck and lower back pain, arthritis, sciatica, sprains and strains, joint pain, and foot pain. We also specialize in auto injuries, worksite injuries, rehab following surgery, shoulder and knee pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis and golfer's elbow, scoliosis, and neurological conditions.
What can I expect at my first appointment?
At your initial visit, your therapist will assess your condition to locate the source of your problem, educate you on what's happening, and create a personalized, goal-oriented treatment plan. Treatment takes place in private treatment rooms in a warm, comfortable environment, and there's ample free parking on site.
